Fanatics seeks a seasoned strategy and operations expert to define the future-state operating model for manufacturing scale. You will partner with Operations, Finance, Product, Supply Chain and Executive Leadership to map capabilities and governance.
By identifying capability gaps and developing strategic roadmaps, you’ll enable scalable decisions and long-term growth across Fanatics’ ecosystem. This advisory role does not own day-to-day work but drives cross‑functional alignment and capability
