Job description
Flourish is seeking a Director of Business Development based in the western US to manage client relationships and drive growth of our products among Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs). The ideal candidate will have a robust background in financial sales and experience in financial technology.
This role offers the opportunity to work closely with clients, identify new business opportunities, and travel for sales pitches and conferences.
The base salary range is $167,800 - $220,200 plus bonuses.
