Job description
Ultra Machining Company (UMC) in Monticello, MN seeks a Director of Business Development to own the sales function, drive growth, and lead a team. The role includes turning prospect activity into profitable programs, negotiating contracts, and managing risk and margins in customer agreements.
You will build and lead the sales team, set quoting standards, and own the sales forecast with data discipline. Travel up to 15% is possible; manufacturing experience is preferred.
