Job description
Inframark — CMS is seeking a Director of Operations to lead six department heads across CDD services in Florida. This hands-on role requires aligning district governance, maintenance, administration, amenities, and business development to deliver consistent, compliant service across a growing portfolio.
The ideal candidate has 8–12+ years in CDD or municipal operations, strong multi‑site leadership, and deep knowledge of Florida Chapter 190 governance.
