Job description
IDEA Public Schools seeks a Director of College Counseling to lead the campus college enrollment strategy and graduation plan, supervising College Counselors and RTTC Teachers. You will guide students and families through the college research, admissions, and matriculation process.
The role includes up to 25% travel for district events and professional development, with a focus on building a strong college-going culture aligned to IDEA’s mission.
