Job description
St. Stephen’s Church seeks a Director of Facilities and Operations to oversee care of buildings and grounds and supervise facilities staff. The role reports to the Executive Director of Finance and Administration and collaborates with vendors, security, and church ministries.
Requirements include 5–7 years in nonprofit or church operations and a bachelor’s degree; advanced certifications preferred. Salary is $75,000–$95,000 per year with strong benefits.
