Job description
Flagger Force, a leader in traffic control, seeks a Director of Field Operations to oversee field services across multiple sites. You will plan and implement policies for on-site installation, testing and troubleshooting, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
You will lead and empower field staff, recruit and develop teams, manage budgets, and build strong relationships with customers and partners.
