Harvesters in the Kansas City region seeks an experienced Director of Finance to lead financial operations, reporting to the CFO, and partner with leaders to strengthen processes and support the organization’s strategic goals. The role offers a hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 remote).
The position oversees budgeting, forecasting, accounting, reporting, compliance, and treasury, requiring seven+ years in finance with nonprofit experience preferred.
