Job description
ADTS of Rockingham County is seeking an experienced Director of Finance to provide strategic financial leadership and sustain growth for the organization. You will partner with the Executive Director and leadership team to translate complex numbers into actionable insights, ensure strong internal controls, and guide budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
The role requires a CPA with nonprofit experience, at least ten years in senior finance or administrative leadership, and proficiency
