Job description
Town and Country Resort in San Diego is seeking a Director of Sales to lead revenue for a 671-room convention resort. You will drive group, corporate, and leisure sales, develop strategic accounts, and coach a high‑performing team.
This role requires strong relationship-building, sharp negotiation, and the ability to translate market data into growth plans. You will partner with Revenue Management, Marketing, Convention Services, and Operations to deliver on revenue targets.
