Default Brand in New Bedford, MA, seeks a Director of Employment Practices and Workplace Compliance to lead HR compliance, policy administration, and investigations. This senior role partners with leadership to mitigate risk and ensure a fair, lawful workplace.
Requirements include a Bachelor's in HR or related field, and JD or strong employment-law experience; seven years HR, three in supervision. Salary range $99,000–$135,000, full-time, 8:00am–4:30pm, Monday–Friday.
