Job description
The Washington Association for Community Health in Olympia, WA is seeking a Director of Learning & Innovation to strengthen health centers' capacity to deliver high-quality care, improve access, and reduce costs. The role oversees HRSA and BPHC grants and drives technical assistance and workforce education.
You will lead the Learning and Innovation Team, manage budgets and performance data, and collaborate across departments and partners to implement continuous improvement.
