Job description
The HealthCare Connection (THCC) is seeking a Director of Clinical Operations to provide strategic and operational leadership across medical and dental practices. This role reports to the Chief Operating Officer and manages Clinical Supervisors to ensure patient-centered, compliant, efficient care across multiple sites.
The ideal candidate will drive capacity, scheduling, and workflow improvements, aligning clinical services with organizational goals, budgets, and regulatory requirements.
