Job description
Cibola General Hospital in Grants, NM seeks a Director of Pharmacy to provide strategic leadership, operational oversight, regulatory compliance, and clinical stewardship across inpatient, emergency, swing bed, outpatient, and specialty services.
You will lead pharmacy staff, optimize medication-use systems, participate in leadership actions, ensure DEA and HIPAA compliance, manage the budget, and drive quality initiatives to improve patient safety and cost-efficiency.
