Guardian is seeking an experienced Director of Property Operations to join our Senior Leadership Team in Portland, OR. You will oversee a diverse multifamily portfolio, drive operational and financial performance, and lead Regional Property Managers to deliver outstanding service and asset growth.
The ideal candidate brings a track record in portfolio management, client relations, and team development within a fast-paced property management environment. Regular travel is required.
