Job description
Alliance Resource Consulting, on behalf of Eastern Municipal Water District, seeks a Director of Purchasing and Contracts who will provide executive leadership for purchasing, contracting, warehousing and materials management, directing a team of about 20 staff.
The role oversees competitive solicitations, purchase orders, professional services agreements, supplier negotiations and 3,800 inventory line-items that support District operations.
