Job description
Prospect Schools is looking for a strategic Director of School Operations to ensure smooth non-instructional operations. Reporting to the Senior Director of School Operations, this role leads financial stewardship, enrollment, facilities, safety, and people management across the Brooklyn network.
As a core SMT member, you will analyze data, partner with leaders, and drive equitable, student-centered environments while guiding budget and compliance for multiple schools.
