Job description
Bridge Home Health and Hospice is seeking a Director of Patient Care Services for the Sacramento area. This role manages the clinical services of home health/hospice, directs the interdisciplinary team, and ensures quality patient care while overseeing budgets and compliance.
The DPCS will drive policy adherence, staff development, and performance improvement in a dynamic clinical setting. This executive position requires CA RN licensure, a nursing degree, and leadership experience.
