Job description
Kiln seeks a senior asset management leader to drive property-level P&L performance, CAM reconciliation, and portfolio NOI improvements. You will guide cross-functional teams across operations, finance, and growth to optimize asset health and member experience across Kiln locations.
The role requires deep real estate finance expertise, hospitality-level operations know-how, and a collaborative leadership style to align leasing, acquisitions, and asset strategies with Kiln’s mission and values.
