Job description
Little Tokyo Service Center (LTSC) seeks a Director of Property Management & Strategy to oversee LTSC’s multi-family portfolio, drive strategic planning, and ensure resident safety and financial performance across managed properties.
This senior leadership role requires 7+ years in multifamily property management, LIHTC experience, strong budgeting and regulatory compliance, and the ability to lead a diverse team in a community-focused organization with a hybrid work arrangement in Downtown LA.
