Job description
Many Rivers Whole Health is seeking a Residential Services Director to lead our Adult Group Homes, Adult Foster Care, and Day Treatment programs in Montana. This is a full-time, exempt leadership role based in Great Falls with responsibility for strategic, operational, and clinical oversight.
You will shape program goals, mentor staff, ensure quality outcomes, manage budgets, and ensure licensing and accreditation compliance within a recovery-oriented service model.
