Job description

The New York State Office of General Services (OGS) seeks a Director for Risk and Insurance Management to lead BRIM, overseeing the agency’s third‑party risk program, insurance procurement, and compliance across State contracts and vendors.

This senior role reports to the Associate Commissioner for Financial Administration and requires strategic leadership, strong communication, and proven oversight of complex insurance portfolios.
