Job description
Residing Hope is seeking a Director, Safety and Risk Management to oversee safety and risk programs across our agency. The role collaborates with senior leaders to reduce risk, drive safety initiatives, and ensure regulatory compliance in residential care settings.
The ideal candidate has strong OSHA knowledge, data analysis skills, and experience building training programs for staff. A valid driver’s license and English proficiency are required.
