Job description
Inova Health System in Northern Virginia seeks a Director of System Patient Safety to lead operational execution of patient safety strategy across our health system, standardizing practices, and driving high reliability. This role partners with AVP and clinical/operational leaders to strengthen safety culture and reduce harm across sites.
The Director provides leadership to Patient Safety Managers, ensuring consistency in event review, RCA, and escalation.
