Job description
Anthropic is seeking an International Tax Director to lead planning, analysis, and implementation of the company’s global tax strategy. You will own complex issues including subpart F, BEAT, NCTI, foreign tax credit, and cross-border structuring, partnering closely with Legal, Treasury, Accounting, and the M&A tax team.
You will write technical memos, review modeling, and help integrate acquired entities into Anthropic's international structure while tracking OECD developments and compliance
