Job description
TJX Companies’ TJ Maxx store in Allen, TX is seeking a District Loss Prevention Manager to lead a multi-unit LP team, partner with store operations, and set policies to protect profits while preserving the customer experience.
You will mentor 7-12 LP associates, conduct investigations, drive shrink reduction strategies, deliver training, and recruit staff, reporting to regional leadership.
