Job description
Orkin, a leader in pest management, is seeking a Midwest Residential Division Sales Manager. You will lead and motivate multiple branch sales teams, identify opportunities to drive new revenue, and collaborate with division, region and branch management to achieve targets.
The role requires strong leadership, hands-on coaching, and the ability to travel within the Midwest about 75%. You will recruit and develop talent, manage budgets, and ensure adherence to programs and sales guidelines.
