Job description
Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a senior commercial counsel to partner with North American leadership on regulatory, operational, and strategic initiatives. The role focuses on drafting, negotiating, and managing complex agreements while balancing risk and business aims.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across Commercial, Operations, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Procurement, and Finance, advising on litigation, IP, privacy, and employment matters. Travel 10–20% is required.
