Marsh Corporate is seeking an experienced Early Career Talent Acquisition Lead to shape strategy and delivery of early career hiring across the US and Canada. You will lead a team, influence stakeholders, and build a scalable hiring model with a hands-on approach during peak periods.
This hybrid role requires a bachelor’s degree, 7+ years in early career hiring, and 3+ years of people management. You will partner with business leaders and universities to attract diverse early talent.
