Job description
The Hilb Group, LLC is seeking a motivated Employee Benefits Account Executive to join our team. This hybrid or in-office role reports to the Hunt Valley, MD agency and focuses on managing mid-market and large-group employee benefits accounts.
You will build relationships with HR leaders, analyze benefits options, renewals, and cost trends, and collaborate with carriers to deliver competitive solutions while mentoring teammates.
