Job description
Medline in Northfield, IL, is seeking an Employment Counsel to partner with HR and business leaders to guide decisions shaping the employee experience. You will provide practical legal advice, navigate sensitive workplace matters, and draft agreements and policies.
The role is hybrid (onsite Tue–Thu) with up to 10% travel, requires a JD and state bar, at least four years of employment-law experience, and a track record advising senior leaders on complex matters.
