Job description
EPAM Systems in Houston, TX seeks an Account Manager to oversee energy client relationships and drive growth across the energy lifecycle, including Upstream, Downstream, Midstream, and Utilities. You will partner with delivery teams to align strategies and ensure value delivery.
The role requires 5–15 years in energy client management, strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic thinking to influence C-suite discussions on AI-enabled transformations. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity.
