Job description
Paraform, Inc. is seeking an Engagement Manager to own end-to-end customer relationships and revenue. You will partner across Sales, Supply, Product, and Engineering to expand account usage and drive hires on the Paraform platform.
The role covers account ownership, engagement execution, offer closing, retention, and expansion. You will work with founders and senior leaders to scale proactive account growth and build scalable playbooks.
