Meta is looking for an experienced Executive and Equity Compensation Manager to drive strategic compensation solutions. This role requires a high degree of autonomy and collaboration with teams across the organization.
The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in compensation and analytics and will be responsible for developing market-leading equity strategies. Compensation ranges from $230,000 to $293,000 annually, plus bonuses and equity.
