Job description
RBFCU Insurance Agency LLC seeks a Vice President of Enterprise Risk Management to lead risk identification, assessment, and governance across the credit union. You will drive the ERM program to align with strategy, manage risk appetite, and report to senior leadership and the Board.
Expect collaboration with legal, regulatory compliance, IT, and finance, plus oversight of insurance programs and risk training across the organization. Strong leadership and regulatory knowledge are required.
