NBJ is seeking an Events Director to lead the strategy and execution of its events in Nashville. The role requires owning budgets, timelines, and vendor contracts while collaborating with sales and leadership to maximize market presence.
The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience in events, a college degree or equivalent, and proficiency with Office 365 and virtual meeting tools. Flexibility for evening events and virtual formats is expected.
