Culture Index is looking for accomplished executives, business leaders, consultants, and entrepreneurs who want to build something of their own while advising CEOs and executive teams across the country.

Our Strategic Executive Advisors bring that expertise directly to the C‑suite, helping leaders understand their people, build stronger teams, hire more effectively, and create organizations positioned for growth.
This is not a traditional corporate role. As a Strategic Executive Advisor, you will build and manage your own portfolio of clients, develop executive relationships, and become a trusted advisor to CEOs, owners, and senior leadership teams.
You will have the independence to build your business your way, backed by an established platform, proven methodology, and one of the most accurate behavioral analytics tools in the market.
Our most successful Advisors combine executive presence, business development ability, strategic thinking, and an entrepreneurial mindset. They are comfortable developing new relationships, navigating the C‑suite, asking difficult questions, and turning data into actionable business strategy.
This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity with 100% performance-based compensation and uncapped earning potential. Advisors manage their own schedules, markets, client relationships, and business development strategies, with travel based largely on their individual client portfolios.

Qualifications
Entrepreneurial mindset with the discipline and self‑direction to build and manage an independent business.
Proven success developing business with CEOs, owners, and C‑suite decision‑makers.
Experience in senior executive leadership, management consulting, entrepreneurship, or enterprise B2B sales.
Strong professional network with the ability to create opportunities through relationships and referrals.
Experience with business strategy, organizational growth, leadership, or revenue development.
Demonstrated ability to build relationships and develop new business.
Strong executive presence, communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
Experience working with CEOs, business owners, presidents, and C‑suite executives.
Proven success in business development, consultative selling, or management consulting.
7+ years of progressive business experience.
Responsibilities
Build and manage a portfolio of clients through executive networking, referrals, relationship development, and consultative business development.
Develop new business and build long‑term relationships with CEOs, business owners, presidents, and C‑suite executives.
Advise executive leadership teams on hiring, leadership, team development, organizational alignment, and growth.
Apply Culture Index behavioral analytics to help leaders make better people decisions and put the right people in the right roles.
Facilitate executive conversations, identify organizational challenges, and translate behavioral data into actionable business strategy.
Serve as a long‑term strategic advisor as clients evolve, scale, and grow.
Manage your own market, schedule, client relationships, and business development strategy as an independent advisor.
