Job description
Dow is seeking an External Manufacturing Sourcing Manager to drive value through global sourcing opportunities, strategies and supplier relationships across multiple sites. This role can be located in Midland, Houston, Terneuzen or Tarragona.
You will lead supplier qualification, RFIs/RFPs, bidding, negotiations and SRM programs to achieve safety, productivity and quality KPIs while managing risk and partnering with internal teams.
