Job description
Syngenta Seeds seeks a Golden Harvest Strategic Farm Partner to lead as the primary relationship manager for progressive accounts farming 2,500+ acres in Iowa. You will develop commercial strategies, visit growers, and connect them with Syngenta solutions to enhance yield and profitability.
Based in Iowa, you will negotiate complex deals, maintain a robust grower network, and provide data-driven insights to guide farm operations, ensuring strong, win-win outcomes for large-scale farming
