Job description
ANSER is seeking a dynamic Director of Business Development to drive the company’s federal growth strategy and lead a team of BD professionals. You will manage a portfolio of strategic opportunities, engage with government customers, and shape capture and proposal efforts to achieve revenue goals.
You will work closely with the Chief Strategy Officer and cross-functional teams to build a qualified pipeline, develop strategic partnerships, and forecast growth while mentoring rising BD talent
