Job description
PotomacWave is seeking an experienced Federal business development and capture leader to drive the identification, qualification, pursuit, and capture of strategic opportunities with federal agencies from early market awareness through proposal submission.
You will manage multiple concurrent captures, develop strategies, engage customers, and coordinate across proposal teams to create differentiating solutions.
