Job description
APTIM is seeking a hands-on Federal Capture Manager to lead environmental remediation opportunities in Lenexa, KS, owning pursuits from early qualification to award. The role offers strategic influence within a growing federal business and will focus on CERCLA/RCRA programs, MATOCs/SATOCs, and stand-alone contracts.
Lead cross-functional teams across operations, contracts, pricing and legal, develop win strategies, and maintain a strong customer and competitor intelligence pipeline.
