Job description
BMO Financial Group in Chicago is seeking a senior Credit Risk leader to independently adjudicate complex transactions, oversee counterparty risk, and guide portfolio risk decisions. You will collaborate with Capital Markets, Treasury, Legal, and Compliance to ensure alignment with risk appetite and governance standards.
Ideal candidates will have 15+ years in FI/CR, strong analytical capabilities, and proven leadership to influence senior executives and risk committees.
