Job description
Apache Industrial in Louisiana is seeking an HR Partner who acts as a strategic adviser for one or more of Apache’s operations regions, guiding employee relations, workforce planning, and performance management to drive organizational effectiveness.
You will partner with leadership to manage talent development, policy guidance, and complex investigations while supporting safety initiatives and ensuring compliance across jurisdictions. Travel 25-40% to project sites is required.
