Job description
GHJ Search is recruiting on behalf of a growing multi-location heavy equipment organization for a Controller to lead accounting operations and financial reporting. This hands-on finance leadership role partners with senior management to drive performance, mentor the team, and improve processes.
The Controller will oversee AP, AR, GL, budgeting, forecasting, cash management, and internal controls across locations, coordinate audits, and provide strategic financial insights to CFO and leadership.
