Job description
Flatrock Manor in Flint, MI is seeking a Finance Director to lead the organization's financial operations, budgeting, and reporting. The role requires overseeing AR/AP, audits, and compliance with confidentiality and HIPAA privacy practices.
The Finance Director will coordinate with billing, CPA firms, and executive leadership, implement policies, and ensure accurate financials across multiple homes. A CPA is preferred and QuickBooks Online experience is highly valued.
