Job description
Boston MedFlight is seeking a Director of Finance to lead the organization’s financial strategy and daily management. The role reports to the CFO and drives budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and internal controls across the organization.
The ideal candidate brings 12–15+ years of progressive finance experience, healthcare exposure, and a proven ability to influence senior leadership while developing a high-performing finance team.
