Job description
Mercy is seeking a Director of Finance in St. Louis to lead the timely, accurate preparation of financial statements and related analyses. This role provides fiduciary oversight, financial input for business decisions, and staff development for the finance team.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in Accounting with 5+ years of accounting/finance experience, strong GAAP knowledge, and excellent communication skills for interaction with executives and the board.
