Job description
Leonard Buildings and Truck Accessories seeks a Director of Finance for the Mt. Airy CSC. Reporting to the CFO, you will guide FP&A, drive financial performance, and manage one direct report. The role requires strategic finance leadership and collaboration with executive leadership to support Leonard’s long-term goals.
You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, risk assessment, and reporting, while building a high-performing finance team and aligning financial objectives with the company’s mission.
