Job description
Q Center in St. Charles, IL seeks a strategic Director of Finance to lead all hotel financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis across rooms, food & beverage, and events. You will partner with the GM and leadership to drive profitability and strong financial performance.
This executive role includes overseeing payroll, audits, internal controls, capital planning, and long-term strategy, with a seat on the executive team to translate insights into action.
